Fitness has always been part of my story just not in the way most people might think. I grew up playing competitive sports and was always active, yet exercising just for the sake of it never appealed to me. I thrived on the challenge, the pressure, and the thrill of the game but not on the idea of working out.

It wasn’t until I stepped away from competitive sports that I truly discovered my passion for fitness. I realized it wasn’t just about exercise; it was about the daily grind/challenge, pushing limits, building mental toughness, and striving to be better than yesterday. What I love most is the structure and lifestyle that come from committing to constant improvement.

I originally pursued a career in Athletic Training, driven by a desire to help athletes recover and perform at their best. During college, I spent two years as a student athletic trainer, assisting various teams with injury care and supporting strength and conditioning workouts. That hands-on experience taught me the value of proper movement, injury prevention, and building resilience.

These lessons led me to a long career in personal training and coaching. Lessons I bring to every session today. My goal is not only to help you achieve results but to empower you to build consistent, healthy habits that stick for life.
