Fitness and a healthy lifestyle have been my foundation since I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age 6. Managing my health through movement, nutrition, and consistency taught me early on the power of discipline and how small, daily efforts compound into real strength, both physical and mental. That same drive to keep growing eventually pulled me away from a career in California’s hospitality industry so I could help others discover their own passion for challenge and self-improvement.
I love coaching people through that journey, whether you are building strength for the first time, refining movement to prevent injury, or pushing toward bigger goals. I focus on smart, sustainable training that fits your life, with an emphasis on proper form, mobility, and making progress feel rewarding rather than punishing.
